Alcohol businesses, especially spirits, have some of the most intense regulatory challenges of all business types. A requirement for applying for our federal permit requires that we already have a space leased for production. The licensing process can take up to 8-10 months. This means that we must prepare for 8-10 months of paying rent before we can begin official production or sell anything.

Covering rent for our production space before it can be used. We have all other equipment to make Cardamomma’s and a good stockpile of ingredients. We’d really like to pay our Marketing Officer as well!

It will have been used for rent during our first year of getting operations off the ground, alongside sizeable investments from each of our founders. We will do our best to get you a thank you package with home made goodies related to Cardamomma’s efforts.
