Liberty got her start with fancy liqueurs in Albuquerque.
The pandemic was a highly experimental season in the kitchen for our “pod”. It came from wanting to bring creativity to our fellowship, and lean into the amazing food scene in New Mexico. We made wine, prickly pear tequila, and tons of amaro. We also made pilgramages to inspiring places like Los Poblanos, the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, and Lapis Room. Since then, this practice and Cardamomma’s has inspired others to create new exciting flavors in the bitter liqueur portfolio.
